Greetings, everyone! I regret to inform you that I won't have a demo from May's prototype. As the article title suggests, life happens. Things were extremely busy for me in May (the business continues into June thus far), and I had to deprioritize the prototype to focus on other things. Hopefully June will be a bit better.
Having said all of that, I still consider May a very successful month for this project. The groundwork for an interesting and challenging puzzle game is all there, and I would love to come back to this one at a later date (I can't say the same thing about February's project, for which there was also a lack of a demo).
So, this is going to be a pretty short article, but I'm glad I took the time to write it because I want to keep all my readers updated on my progress. This June, I have something a little more action-oriented planned. I've already spent some time at the drawing board, but I haven't started fleshing out my ideas in the good ol' game engine yet. Hopefully, I'll have something interesting to show by this coming weekend. Thanks for reading, and I'll see you all next week!
